Shipping Details

 

U.S. including Alaska & Hawaii

 

All orders/shipments are subject to authorization and approval. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on U.S. holidays. Available ship methods are BASIC or PREFERRED delivery

 

BASIC

 

Basic service is provided via Media Mail with final delivery via the United States Postal Service. Delivery can be expected within 7-9 business days, Monday through Saturday.

 

PREFERRED

 

Preferred service is provided via UPS ground service. Delivery can be expected within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 2 p.m. ET to ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 p.m. ET and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available. Preferred Service is not available to P.O. Boxes and some rural areas of the U.S.

 

 

 

U.S. Territories

 

Complete Works Music does ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and American Samoa. Available ship methods are BASIC or PREFERRED delivery for these territories. To ship to a U.S. territory, select the United States as the Ship To country, then choose the appropriate U.S. territory in the State listing.

 

BASIC

Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 12p.m. CT to ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. Monday through Thursday will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m. CT and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available. Second Business Day and Next Business Day Services are not available to P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, and some rural areas of the U.S. A signature may be required for delivery.
